Canon Inc. is a Japanese multinational corporation specialized in developing and producing imaging and optical products like cameras, camcorders, photocopiers, printers and medical equipment.

Canon Europe is one of the most important regions of Canon Inc. A new CIO was appointed at Canon Europe in 2013. She had a clear vision of the direction she wanted to lead the IT organization (approximately 550 fte) towards. ‘The internal customer is king and ‘We do what we do excellently’. The assignment was to led the transformation program from the People & Change work stream. This involved the new organization design, the analysis of and advice on outsourcing and off-shoring options and roadmap for change.
