Transition forms the red thread in my professional life. Looking ahead and stepping out of my comfort zone. To have the  courage to just do it, to achieve my dreams therefore inspiring and motivating others.

Before I established myself as an independent entrepreneur, I fulfilled various  sales and marketing positions during the first 10 years of my career. I then followed an additional study in Business Management where six months were spent specifically focusing on Strategic HR Management. This inspired me to make the step to HR Consulting.

I aimed to transform further and chose to become an entrepreneur. TalentCycle was founded in 2002 from the vision that People are the distinguishing factor in every organisation: your competitive advantage. truly connecting employees to your purposeand goal provides you something unique.

I’ve had the opportunity to experience different and varied company processes and gain ample and diverse experience. My wealth of experience and skills provide a good basis for achieving results for clients.

Over the years, there’s been a clear red thread in the assignments: People & Change processes. Over the years, I’ve built a large network of interim professionals that I use depending on the client’s requirements.
